Kimberly’s natural ability to understand and connect with people along with her own personal ties to the real estate marketing and development industry led her to her transition into a career as a licensed agent. Having purchased and gut-renovated homes of her own, Kimberly has a keen eye for renovation projects and their involvement, an essential skill when deciding on the best path forward for meeting her clients’ home needs. From sourcing furnishings, to fixtures, flooring and more, Kimberly has first-hand experience alongside contractors both on interiors and exteriors. With a knack for interior design, her experience with staging and furnishing comes naturally. In addition to her passion in the home industry, Kimberly’s background as a special education teacher helped influence and shape her strong communication skills, innate ability for understanding people, and aptitude for other people’s needs. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have been with her for life and are evident in her processes with her clients.

As a native New Yorker and current resident of Scarsdale, Kimberly has a practical approach and understanding of the area, having made the transition herself from the city with husband and three small children. With three children in three different schools, Kimberly has a real-time comprehension of the ins and outs of each, insight on a variety of children’s programs, and family forward activities and events in the Scarsdale area. Not only has she lived it, but helping children and families is a lifelong passion and she’s excited to help others get started on their journey!  Having served on PTA boards at her children’s schools in New York City, Kimberly has leaped into community involvement and now serves in her local PTA’s. Spending much of her time with her family exploring the surrounding towns and neighborhoods, Kimberly has quickly become well-versed in the Westchester County lifestyle and all the incredible opportunities it has to offer.

Outside of the office, Kimberly is very active and always makes the most of her free time. You would likely find her spending time with her family, cooking, hosting, catching up with her two book clubs, or playing tennis. Kim is thrilled to be part of the number one team in the number one brokerage in Westchester, and as an energetic and understanding partner, Kimberly is ready to serve her clients with purpose and be a trusted resource in selling or buying their home.
