Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and a Master’s degree in Social Foundations of Education from the University of Virginia. Prior to real estate, she built a professional background in the nonprofit sector and digital marketing, strengthening her communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills in ways that directly benefit her clients.
Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson since 2019, Maria brings over a decade of first-hand experience living in Edgemont, along with in-depth knowledge of the local market and surrounding communities. Her analytical perspective, strong negotiation skills, and attention to detail allow her to effectively guide clients through complex transactions.
